CNC Machining

Precision Cutting

Automated saws deliver clean, burr-free cuts including straight cuts and mitre cuts at any angle. Length tolerances held to ±0.5mm ensure parts are ready for downstream assembly without additional processing.

Punching & Stamping

CNC punch presses for creating holes, slots, notches, and custom cutouts with high precision and repeatability. Ideal for high-volume production of panels, brackets, and mounting components.

Bending & Forming

CNC press braking, stretch forming, and roll bending for curved and angled profiles. We produce consistent bends across long runs, supporting architectural curves, structural frames, and custom-shaped components.

Welding

TIG and MIG welding for aluminum assemblies, plus friction stir welding (FSW) for structural joints requiring superior strength and minimal distortion. All welds are inspected to meet stringent quality standards.
